Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Fantasies, operated by Beltrix LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Beltrix", "we", "us"). By using Fantasies, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Fantasies. By using the Service you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share account credentials. Notify us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Fantasies to host or share content involving minors, non-consensual acts, or unlawful material.
• Attempt to access, modify, or interfere with another user's account or content.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to derive source code from the Service.
• Use automated systems to access the Service except as expressly permitted.
• Use the Service to harass, threaten, or impersonate another person.

We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe in good faith that you have violated these Terms.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of content you create or upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, transmit, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service for you and your paired partner. We do not use your content to train models, target advertising, or for any purpose unrelated to providing the Service.

You represent that you have the right to upload any content you submit and that doing so does not violate the rights of any other person or any law.

5. Subscriptions and purchases

Some features of Fantasies require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are sold and billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your platform. Pricing, billing cycles, and refund policies are governed by the terms of the platform where you bought. Cancel anytime through your platform's subscription management; you keep premium features until the end of the current billing period.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion (see delete account). We may suspend or terminate the Service, in whole or in part, for any user who violates these Terms or where required by law.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BELTRIX LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts. Nothing in this section requires arbitration; disputes are resolved in court.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes, we will give at least 14 days' notice through an in-app notice and an email to your registered address before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
